Will Pate has been a pioneering user of the internet since starting his first business, an online bulletin board service, in elementary school. Will and a seven year old pal established Infinity BBS as a place where people in his hometown of Charlottetown, PEI could gather online and share information. At it’s peak, Infinity boasted over 200 subscribers. By junior high school, Will realized that the world wide web was the wave of the future.

Will started developing websites during his last year of high school. Rather than use email to maintain contact with his friends around the world, Will published his thoughts to his website. In 1999, he first heard about blogging and started his own blog called WillPate.org. Since then he has been providing blog development and consulting services to the corporate and educational markets.

Will majored in English at the University of Prince Edward Island.
